Welcome to iSoft Solutions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, services, and any business relationship between you and iSoft Solutions.
By accessing our website or purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About iSoft Solutions
iSoft Solutions provides information technology and digital services, including but not limited to:
Website design and development
Website maintenance and support
Domain registration and management
Web hosting and server solutions
SSL certificate installation and management
Professional business email
Google Workspace services
Microsoft 365 and related services
Server setup, configuration, and management
Website security and performance optimization
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Social media marketing and management
Digital marketing services
IT consulting and technical support
Other customized IT and digital solutions
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, making a payment, signing a proposal, approving a quotation, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all customers, clients, businesses, and organizations using iSoft Solutions services.
3. Services and Project Scope
All services will be provided according to the agreed quotation, proposal, package, or written scope of work.
Any work requested outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
The project scope may include specific limitations regarding:
Number of pages
Design revisions
Features and functionality
Content
Images and graphics
Integrations
Hosting resources
Email accounts
Support duration
Marketing activities
Third-party services
Any additional requirements should be discussed and approved before implementation.
4. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by iSoft Solutions are based on the requirements known at the time of quotation.
Prices may change if:
The project scope changes
Additional features are requested
Third-party services increase their fees
Additional resources are required
The client delays the project or changes requirements substantially
Third-party charges, including domain registration, hosting, software licenses, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SSL certificates, APIs, plugins, themes, and other external services, may be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation, invoice, or project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins.
Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Services may be suspended if outstanding payments are not received.
Completed work, subscriptions, hosting, domains, email services, and other services may be withheld or suspended until outstanding amounts are settled.
Payments made for completed work or third-party services are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
6. Domain Registration
Domain names are subject to availability and the rules of the relevant domain registrar or registry.
iSoft Solutions may register or manage domains on behalf of clients. However, domain registration does not guarantee permanent ownership if the domain expires, is suspended, transferred, disputed, or otherwise affected by registrar or registry policies.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate registration information and ensuring that domains are renewed before expiration.
iSoft Solutions is not responsible for losses caused by a client’s failure to provide correct information or renew a domain on time.
7. Web Hosting and Server Services
Hosting and server services are provided according to the resources and specifications stated in the selected package or agreement.
Hosting performance may be affected by:
Traffic levels
Application or website code
Server resource usage
Third-party services
Security incidents
Network issues
Data-center outages
Maintenance
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
iSoft Solutions may suspend a hosting or server service where necessary to protect the server, network, other customers, or the integrity of the service.
Customers must not use our hosting or servers for unlawful activities, malicious software, spam, phishing, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, or activities that negatively affect other users or infrastructure.
8. Website Development
Website development will be performed according to the approved project scope.
The client is responsible for providing required:
Text/content
Logos and branding
Images
Product information
Business information
Login credentials where required
Other materials necessary to complete the project
Delays in providing required materials may result in delays to the project timeline.
Website completion dates are estimates unless a specific completion date has been agreed in writing.
9. Revisions and Changes
The number of included revisions will depend on the agreed package or quotation.
Requests that substantially change the approved design, functionality, structure, or project scope may be considered additional work and may result in additional charges.
Once a design, website, or feature has been approved by the client, further changes may be chargeable.
10. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information.
Provide content and materials in a timely manner.
Maintain ownership or appropriate rights to submitted content.
Provide necessary approvals and feedback.
Make payments on time.
Use the services lawfully.
Protect account credentials provided to them.
Notify iSoft Solutions of any relevant technical or security concerns.
The client is responsible for ensuring that their business, website, content, products, and services comply with applicable laws and regulations.
11. Content and Intellectual Property
The client is responsible for ensuring that all content supplied to iSoft Solutions does not violate the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, iSoft Solutions may retain ownership of its pre-existing code, frameworks, development tools, templates, processes, systems, and proprietary materials.
Ownership or licensing of the final website, graphics, source code, content, or other deliverables will be determined by the relevant quotation or agreement.
Third-party themes, plugins, software, fonts, stock images, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
12. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Third-Party Services
Where iSoft Solutions assists with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, email, cloud services, software licenses, or other third-party platforms, those services remain subject to the respective provider’s terms and policies.
iSoft Solutions does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
Changes to third-party pricing, policies, features, limits, availability, or account requirements may occur without notice.
13. Email Services
Clients are responsible for using professional email services responsibly and legally.
Email accounts must not be used for:
Spam
Phishing
Fraud
Malware distribution
Unauthorized bulk email
Impersonation
Illegal activities
Any activity violating applicable laws or third-party policies
iSoft Solutions may suspend or restrict email services where necessary to protect the service, infrastructure, or other users.
14. Website Security
iSoft Solutions may provide security configuration, SSL installation, malware scanning, updates, backups, or other security-related services depending on the selected package.
However, no website or server can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining secure passwords, authorized users, software licenses, and access to their accounts.
15. Backups and Data
Where backups are included in a service package, they are provided as a reasonable precaution and not as an absolute guarantee against data loss.
Clients should maintain independent copies of important business data.
iSoft Solutions will make reasonable efforts to protect client data but will not be liable for data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16. Digital Marketing and SEO
Digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, advertising, and related services are performed according to the agreed strategy and scope.
iSoft Solutions does not guarantee:
Specific search engine rankings
A specific number of leads
A specific number of sales
Specific advertising results
Social media follower counts
Revenue or business growth
Results may be affected by competition, algorithms, advertising platforms, market conditions, client responsiveness, website quality, budget, and other factors outside our control.
17. Suspension and Termination
iSoft Solutions may suspend or terminate services where:
Payments remain overdue.
The client violates these Terms & Conditions.
The service is used for illegal or abusive activities.
The client creates a security risk.
The service negatively affects other customers or infrastructure.
Required third-party services or licenses are discontinued.
Continuation of the service becomes technically or legally impractical.
Clients may terminate recurring services according to the applicable cancellation terms or agreement.
Termination does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations.
18. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the applicable agreement.
Generally, fees for completed development work, domain registrations, hosting periods already used, software licenses, third-party services, and other services already delivered may not be refundable.
Where a recurring service is cancelled, cancellation will normally apply to the next renewal period unless otherwise agreed.
Any refund policy applicable to a specific service will take precedence where expressly stated in the relevant quotation or agreement.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iSoft Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.
This may include loss of:
Revenue
Profits
Business opportunities
Data
Customers
Reputation
Website traffic
iSoft Solutions’ liability, where legally applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
20. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may use or integrate with third-party services, websites, software, APIs, payment providers, hosting providers, registrars, or platforms.
iSoft Solutions is not responsible for changes, downtime, policies, pricing, security incidents, or failures caused by third-party providers.
21. Force Majeure
iSoft Solutions shall not be responsible for delays or failure to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include:
Natural disasters
Internet or network failures
Power outages
Data-center incidents
Cyberattacks
Government actions
War or civil unrest
Third-party service outages
Hardware failures
Software failures
Other unforeseen events
22. Privacy
Client information may be collected and processed as necessary to provide our services, communicate with clients, process payments, manage accounts, and provide technical support.
Our use of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
23. Changes to These Terms
iSoft Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which iSoft Solutions operates, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement with the client.
Any disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication and reasonable efforts to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
