Payment & Project Policies

We accept payments through approved payment methods and issue a confirmation once the payment is successfully received. In case a payment is made for services or resources that have not yet been purchased, activated, or allocated, the paid amount for those unused resources will be fully refunded. However, any costs already spent on third-party resources such as domains, hosting, cloud infrastructure, licenses, or software—once purchased or activated—are non-refundable, as these costs are paid in real time to external providers and cannot be reversed.

Non-Refundable Resource Costs

Please note that certain costs are paid upfront to third-party providers and are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to: Domain registration & renewal Web hosting (shared, VPS, dedicated) Cloud resources (CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth) Microsoft 365 licenses Google Workspace (G Suite) licenses SSL certificates Paid themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, or software licenses Once these resources are purchased or activated, refunds are not possible, even if the project is cancelled or paused.

Website Development Policy

A 50% advance payment is required before starting the project (unless otherwise agreed). Remaining 50% is due before final delivery or website launch. The client must provide all required content (text, images, logos) on time. Delays in content delivery may affect project timelines. Minor revisions are included as per the agreed package; major changes will be charged additionally.

Graphic Designing Policy

Full or partial advance payment is required before starting. Initial concepts will be shared as per the agreed package. Revisions are limited to the agreed number. Final files will be delivered only after full payment. No refunds once design work has started.

Social Media Management Policy

Services are billed monthly in advance. No guarantee is provided for followers, likes, or sales unless explicitly stated in writing. Paid advertising budgets are separate from management fees. No refunds for unused days once the monthly cycle has started.

Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace (G Suite)

Licenses are billed in advance (monthly or yearly). Once a license is activated, it is non-refundable. The client is responsible for selecting the correct plan. Account misuse, suspension, or data loss due to client actions is not our responsibility. Paid advertising budgets are separate from management fees. No refunds for unused days once the monthly cycle has started.

Domain Registration Policy

Domains are registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Domain fees are 100% non-refundable once registered. Renewal responsibility lies with the client. We are not responsible if a domain expires due to late payment.

Hosting Services (Shared / VPS / Dedicated)

Hosting services are billed in advance. No refunds once hosting resources are activated. The client is responsible for website content, backups (unless backup service is included), and usage compliance. Abuse, spam, or illegal activities may result in suspension without refund.

Project Delays & Cancellation

If a project is delayed due to the client, payments already made are non-refundable. If the client cancels the project after work has started, no refund will be issued. Completed work up to the cancellation date will be chargeable.
